Files are sent to the server, checked and saved in private organization-scoped storage. Review the extracted data before making a snapshot active in your workspace.
AI stays under your control
External AI assistance is off by default. If an owner enables triage, it sends table categories and aggregate counts rather than workbook rows, supplier names or prices.
